This Is In Loving Memory of My Boy, Cisco
Feb 17, 2000 to May 10, 2013

Cisco was the “one” you know, all of our pets are special and we love them with all of our hearts but Cisco was my soul mate, my reason for being. Cisco saved my life, our bond was so strong. If I got sick so did Cisco. I still miss him everyday and I always will, but Cisco is my guardian angel now because I know we would never willingly leave each other.

I moved back from California 11 years ago to live with my parents. I was suffering from depression. Cisco lived up north in Walker, Minnesota with my niece Krissy, he was her dog. I heard about Cisco and I asked my sister if she would bring Cisco down for me to meet. So along came Cisco with his best friend, Patches and it was love at first sight for both of us. Cisco had big amazing brown eyes and a special smile on his face all the time. His unconditional love is the reason I healed from my depression so fast. I will forever be grateful to my niece Krissy who willing and generously shared, then gave Cisco to me. I am so blessed to be the person Cisco chose for his mom. He was the most amazing dog ever!! He was completely loyal, loving and so smart it was ridiculous! He always had us wrapped around his little paws. Everyone loved him and he loved us back. Cisco loved his walks, tummy rubs and people food, especially cheeseburgers and steak and he always managed to get what he wanted. We were blessed to live with Daddy and mom and eventually my boyfriend, Ryan came into our lives and Cisco loved him immediately.

A year later I took Cisco to get groomed and saw a picture of two Pomeranians that needed a home. Immediately I knew I needed to have them. With the support and love of my mom and Ryan it was a done deal. Romeo and Bella came home and Cisco loved them right away. Cisco had a special bond with Bella and it was so cute they were always together. Cisco was taken away too soon, I feel he would have lived many years without his terminal illness, heptatoctaneous syndrome. He already lived two wonderful years passed his diagnosis due to his strength, love of life and his family. My life will never be the same without Cisco. But I know he is watching over us in heaven with my dad, two brothers, Albert and Richard, Patches and Ceaser 100 percent faithful.

I want to thank Skip and Carol with Pets Remembered. I loved how they picked Cisco up in a baby basket and treated him with love and dignity and were so compassionate to me and my family. A special thanks to Karen Randall with Solace Veterinary Hospice LLC. She was a loving and fabulous person. I loved being able to hold Cisco in my arms at home with my family around me on one of the most difficult days of my life. A loving thank you to Dr Jamie Keene and the whole staff at Village Animal Hospital for loving and caring for Cisco for many years. I love you all!

Most importantly I would like to thank my family and friends that helped with Cisco all these years. Especially my sister, Mary, my mom and my boyfriend, Ryan. They went above and beyond to be there for me and Cisco. They were always a support to me and provided anything Cisco needed when he was at a higher level of care. Cisco wanted for nothing. I appreciate and love you all so much!!
