Casper Bugos

Casper, Phantom’s The Friendly Ghost, was born February 5, 2009 and passed away surrounded by love with his family on April 7, 2025.

Casper was my first dog after I moved into my house. Casper was a lot of things but show dog he was not, and that was ok by me. I then got Angel and those two became best friends.

Casper was such a sweet boy with an old soul. He liked affection on his terms, so I always said he was part cat. One thing that was undeniable, he was the real life version of Eeyore.

When Casper was a puppy he loved to always bring in a rock whenever he went outside. Later in life he loved to sun himself on the deck in the summer and you would have to convince him to come inside in the winter because all he wanted to do was eat the ice and snow.

Casper loved his walks and even in his last days when walking was difficult he still wanted to go, so we went. I will miss seeing him laying on his bed looking out the window watching for squirrels, or him following me wherever I went. He was always there.

Rest easy my friend; I know you are pain free with Angel and Mia. One day we will all be back together again.
