Rice Street Pet Clinic, Vet, estimated she was about 5 years old, so we made her Birthdate 07/07/07... Lucky numbers kept her the greatest endearing companion for 16 and a half years .. GinI, at Pets Remembered, suggested we do her Quality of Life Assessment, ... which we did in separate rooms, not knowing each others evaluation, came up with different values of answers, but our overall final scores matched, in the area of Euthanasia status ... This put our feelings more at ease, to do what several of our friends and relatives suggested... was to follow through with Pets Remembered Cremation Services ... Our Quality of Service Assessment for Pets Remembered are in zinc with what we believe, Leena felt with the Final Score...!! Missing Memories are going to be around for some time, but Pets Remembered, did most certainly help in our mourning..! Thank You..!!
Greta Kiemele2024-01-10Thank you for all that you do and for taking such good care of our Jackie and us. Our first dog (Luca) was cremated and his ashes were retuned to us in a baggie placed in a cardboard box. This time was so different. We received paw prints, her ashes in a wood urn, a paw print clay mold and a lovely card with seeds to plant in her memory. Thank you again.

Early yesterday morning (12/29/23) my guinea pig Espresso passed away and I've been absolutely heartbroken over it. I knew I wanted to take him to Pets Remembered and I cannot recommend them enough. They were detail orientated and very thoughtful. And our old man’s paw prints were little pieces of art to commemorate. We will 110% use Pets Remembered again when needed in the future. But hopefully it will be awhile ;-) with the hopes our dogs have long and full lives. Thank you for being such important and compassionate people during our time of grief.

They handled our bunny with such care and thoughtfulness. Five stars is not enough to express how much we appreciated what they did for our sweet girl. We appreciated that they made a donation in Boo Boo's honor to the MN Pocket Pet Rescue. At a time of deep grief for our family, losing our beloved 11 1/2 year old King Charles Cavalier, they responded with compassion and caring that helped and reassured us through this very, very sad time. We had our dog's ashes back within 24 hours, inside a nicely crafted mahogany box. Our conversations with the staff on-site were calming and very helpful throughout. They even laundered our dog's favorite blanket, which we left with her to be wrapped in until the time of her cremation. My wife and I are very, very pleased with this service provider.
